TESTIMONIALS
Sherry was one of Renee's loyal customers from her previous business in California. Before we opened, she wrote:
Hi Renee,
The time is getting closer and I am sure you are getting busier as you try to wrap everything up here in California. I hate seeing you leave, but I am happy to know that you are getting to realize a long held dream. You are such a special person and I am so lucky that you became part of my life.
Knowing you has been educational. You have taught me so much more about pets and how to care for them properly. Loving them has never been a problem for me, but having more confidence in myself as I cared for them has been so important.
Knowing you has been satisfying. You guided me to puppy classes for my sweet little schnauzers. You strongly recommended training for a dog that appeared to be stronger and smarter than I was. I probably would not have done these things on my own, but you saw that I needed a gentle nudge and you instinctively knew how much I would enjoy it and benefit from it. You saw to it that my dogs and the people they lived with understood one another and lived happily under the same roof.

Dear Lone Star Dog Ranch,
I wanted to write to say a great big "THANK YOU" for taking care of my dog Pepper over the holidays. She has not been boarded very often, and as a nervous owner I was a little stressed about leaving her for 12 nights. When I dropped her off for her stay, I was relieved due to your friendly personalities and open and honest answers to my questions. I was very grateful that you allowed me to call and check in on her while I was away and I didn't feel bothersome by calling because of the cheery guy on the phone. I was impressed with Lone Star's professionalism and organization.
Overall, it really touched my heart that it seemed like you took in Pepper as your own dog. When I picked her up, I could tell she was totally comfortable with you guys and she was very happy playing with the other dogs. She was excited to see me (of course...she knows her mom!) but I could tell she was a bit sad to go. She did sleep for about 2 days straight when we got back, so I know she was well excercised while she was with you.
I can't thank you enough and I really look forward to my next vacation because I know Pepper will be in GREAT hands with you guys looking out for her!
Thanks for everything!
Cheers,
Abby Smith

Renee,
I just wanted to thank you for taking such good care of
Sophie and Maisy while we were in Hawaii.
We loved seeing their picture on the website. They looked like they were
having a great time. They came home and slept, which was good, because we were
exhausted. It was our first time leaving our dogs at a boarding facility, and
it was wonderful to know they were well taken care of.
We will recommend you to friends and use you again.
Sincerely,
Shelly Williams

Hi Renee,
Thanks for taking such good care of Haylee and Dillon for
us. I could tell from the stories you told about them that you really care
about the dogs and that you took the time to make them happy and comfortable in
a new environment. I know they’re “just dogs” but it’s
hard for us to think of them in a concrete “prison” while we’re
out having fun. It’s also a huge help to have them happy and tired when
they arrive home instead of anxious and needing exercise. As you can imagine,
they’re both sticking to the couch today, but I’m going to try to
pry them up for a walk in a little bit.
After leaving her dog Nora for a day of Daycare, Emily wrote:
Hi Renee,
Thank you so much for helping with me with Nora. I took her on a walk tonight, and I held the leash just like you showed me. She walked like a well trained dog, right at my side, the entire time! I couldn't be happier! The tip about watching her ears was incredibly helpful. She kept them back when she was at my side, and she followed me. This is such an improvement from being drug all over the sidewalk during our walks!
Thanks again.
See you Wednesday-
Emily
